With respect to auto emergency kits, small auto air compressors are great and I have one in each car. I would also suggest adding a few pieces of wire and a Multi Tool that contains a wire cutter, multiple screw driver bits, and plyers combined in one. This is in addition to a good general purpose auto emergency kit.
